of stretching and mobilizing exercises will be prescribed
for you. These will be specific to your needs and start
to realign the body so you can complete a full and precise
swing.
Each personalized session progresses on from the
previous one, identifying tight muscles and stiff joints,
then works
to give more flexibility and suppleness. As the body
returns to its full function, a course of muscle strengthening
and power exercises are added to the regime, helping
to increase distance to your shots.
